Every week runs the same rhythm

Brief & review
Due 14 days out
The presenter submits a short brief on a real problem from their own project. The senior facilitator approves it, or requests one round of changes.

Literature & prep
Due 7-2 days out
A primary paper plus one supporting paper go out as real, open-access PDFs, alongside discussion questions for the group to think about beforehand.
03
The Spotlight
Meeting day
The lab works through it together - the problem, the literature, and a facilitator-led deep dive into the method itself.
